Information Notice on Personal data processing on the web site

This Information notice is given according to the European Regulation 679/2016, issued on april 27th, 2016, and it refers only to www.zuegg-atelier.com web site.
Zuegg S.p.A., Zuegg hereinafter, is committed to protecting and safeguarding the privacy of the users of its site. This information notice explains how our company undertakes to protect the information collected and it explains Zuegg’s commitment to be transparent towards the User regarding the data it collects, in the way it uses them and how it shares them.
The purpose of this document is to provide the Data Subject (i.e. the user) with the information necessary so that he can express, if he deems it appropriate, an explicit and informed consent to the processing requested. On the other hand, if the data subject does not intend to give his consent to this Privacy Policy, then he must stop navigating on the site and using of the services.
In general, any information or personal data that is to be communicated through the site will be treated according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, minimization of data, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
Users / visitors of the site are invited to carefully read this Privacy Policy before communicating any type of information / personal data and / or filling in any electronic form on the site.
The types of personal data processed are the data entered by users / visitors, the cookies and the browsing data. The following paragraphs describe how we use this data and in which cases it is shared.

Data processing controller

For any question about personal data processing, the data Controller can be reached through the email address privacy@zuegg.it. The Data Controller did not appoint any Data Protection Officer (DPO, art.37 Reg.UE 2016/679).

User right to access, rectification, erasure

As a Data Subject, the User shall have the rights described in artt. 15, 16 e 17 of 2016/679 Regulation, that is the right of access its own data, the right to obtain rectification, to erasure, the right to withdraw the consent and the right to obtain a restriction of processing from the controller, where applicable. To this purpose, the user may send a request by registered letter or writing at the e-mail address servizio.consumatori@zuegg.it.
The withdrawal of the consent to send newsletters can be obtained using the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of each email. As a Data Subject, the User ha also the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, that for Italy is “Garante della Privacy” ), whenever he/she would believe that the processing of his/her personal data is contrary to the legislation in force.

On some pages of the site, the User is asked to enter information relating to his contact data, such as the name, the family name, the telephone number and the email address and the type of request he/she is entering.
Zuegg will process these data as described in this Information Notice, and in compliance with the Italian and EU laws.
The personal data in our possession will not be disclosed to third parties and in any case Zuegg will do everything possible in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of these data, according to current legislation.
Personal data collected through the site will be used for the purpose of providing marketing, informational and promotional information about our company and our products (marketing activities); in this case, the legal basis is the consent from the Data Subject.
The consent can freely be withdrawn at any time; the interested party may, at any time and free of charge, stop receiv-ing these communications by writing to privacy@zuegg.it .
The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The contact data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.

Browsing Data: Purposes and legal basis for the processing

While the User is browsing the site, Zuegg may collect data for the purpose of evaluating the site performance and the way it is used and perceived; in this case, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to collect data on the number of visitors, pages read and the like.
The software tools that support this site acquire, while operating, data such as the pages read, part of IP addresses of origin.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the Site, to check its correct operation and to identify anomalies and / or abuses.
As far as Zuegg SpA is concerned, the processing will take place in an aggregate and anonymous manner.
These data have a maximum retention period of two years.

Data recipient and Data transfer

The personal data of the interested party may be destined for the following subjects ("Recipients"):
• Zuegg subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Subjects who act as Zuegg Partners, who work with us to promote common products and services.
• E-mail service providers (platforms for sending e-mails), that a are delegated to also to manage deletion requests sent by users for marketing purposes;
• Subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including web hosting service providers, providers of web traffic analysis tools and providers of maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks);
• Subjects, bodies or Authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate personal data to fulfill legal obligations, prevent abuse or fraud.
